How do the daily blooms work?

When you purchase our daily blooms you can be assured that they are the best pick of the bunch. We carefully select all of our blooms directly from the local market and lovingly arrange each piece in our workshop prior to delivery. 

For our daily blooms we have three different sizes available. Our small posy is $39, medium $69 and large for $99.  

We upload a picture on our Facebook or Instagram (@atelierfleurau) page for you to view the chosen blooms of the day. Generally these will be advertised the night before so you can see the available style for the upcoming day. Each posy varies according to season and availability. We pride ourselves by selecting the very best blooms for you to enjoy for as long as possible!

Please be aware that the cut off for same day delivery is 12 noon. If your order is placed prior to this time, we can guarantee that the recipient will receive their blooms by the close of business the same day!

If your order is placed after 12 noon, your order will be dispatched for delivery the following day. Of course you are able to pre-order your blooms in advance and this is encouraged to avoid disappointment if we sell out!

All our blooms are individually handcrafted and each posy is truely unique, therefore no one posy is the same. We think that is a good thing, and we hope you do too! 

What if I miss cut-off time and really need to send blooms?

We are happy to arrange a late delivery provided we haven't sold out. Please note there will be additional delivery fees for this service. You can contact us on email via info@atelierfleur.com.au and we can assist you with this service. 

Do you deliver to my location? 

We service over 100 different locations in Melbourne. Please see our delivery page to view the list of our delivery locations. If your location is not listed, please contact us as we can arrange for your blooms to be delivered to your location. Depending on the location it may come at an extra fee. 

We want to make sure that you or your recipient safely receives their blooms, so we ask that you please make sure that the information provided is correct. The more information, the better!

Unfortunately, we cannot be reliable for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from delivery instructions that have been incorrectly provided. If this happens, we can work with you to organise for the blooms to be redelivered. However, please note that a redelivery fee will apply. 

If no one is available to receive the blooms, you can provide alternative delivery instructions so that we can leave your blooms in a safe, sheltered place. Melbourne weather is very temperamental and flowers can be affected by their immediate surroundings. To keep your blooms fresh and healthy, cut and place them in water as soon as you can to avoid them from perishing. 

Can I return or refund?

Once your blooms have been dispatched from our workshop environmental factors may result in changes in the longevity of your blooms. Please make sure that the flowers are attended to as soon as practicable. Flowers are delicate and perishable items and will react to immediate indoor and outdoor environment. 

Where you have provided for an authority to leave the blooms at the location nominated by you, we shall be allowed to do so without incurring any liability.
